Employees receive a longevity bonus check each year based on their years of service.

Paid Time Off

One bucket for all of your time off that starts accruing your first day. New hires to 4 years earn 7.08 hours per pay period. Over five years of service earns 8 hours per pay period. 10-14 years of service earns 9.23 hours, and 15 or more years earns 9.85 hours.
